Who Am I?

Some people call me Temi, and some people call me Tope, my full name is Temitope by the way.

Some people say I should define myself as a mother first, other people say that I should define myself as a wife first and foremost. Sometimes I wonder if I am a black Christian woman, or I am Christian first before mentioning the colour of my skin. Maybe I should define myself by my gender before mentioning my beliefs, race or my current status. I dont know to be honest, but one thing I do know is….

I am a

MAC Studio Fix NW44 (winter) and NW45 (summer), NARS Luminous Skin Finish in Benares, Estee Lauder Doublewear in Sandlewood, Maybelline Fit Me (Matte and Poreless) in Coconut, Makeup Forever in #177 or #178, Lancome Teint Idole in Cookie, NARS Sheer Glow in Macao, L’Oreal True Match in Cappuccino; Hourglass Vanish Stick  in Golden Almond, New Look Foundation in Caramel Brown; Topshop Cushion Foundation in 6.0; LA Girl Pro Coverage in Rich Cocoa.

Haha! Guess you thought this was going to be one of those serious, deep posts today, didn’t you? By the way, I am joking, I do not define myself by the foundation I wear because that would not be cool, but hey, here is a list of the foundations I have tried.

Lol!!!! no, no, you’re right tho, a womans foundation colour is serious stuff! I bet it took you years to figure this stuff out. What with undertones etc, And then where you might have one undertone in one brand, it’ll be a different one in another brand, believe me I know…lucky you to have figured it all out. PS: Lancôme Teint idole 24hr is coming out with new shades at the end of March so prepare for your whole system to be shaken up!

hahaha! Yes! it has taken me a while to get my foundation shades! Undertones are a great and wonderful thing, which is why samples are the best thing! Thanks for the info about the new Lancome shades. I will definitely check it out. Thanks for reading 🙂
