Colourpop Ultra Metallic Lipsticks on Dark Skin | Reviews and Swatches (Part 2)

So guys, here is part 2 of my Colourpop Ultra Metallic lipsticks marathon. Check out Part 1 here (for swatches of Maneater, Lights out, Kween, DM, and Zebra). Funnily enough my lips did not suffer after all these swatches. They were easy to remove from my lips, which on the flip side means that they are not matte, and they are not transfer-proof.

I think I am slowly liking these metallic lipsticks. Some of them are wayyyy too light, but there are a few that I unexpectedly liked.

The colours I am swatching in this post are: Salt, PYT, 3-Way, J.I.C, Mugshot, and Flitter.

SALT

This colour is a little off for me. If you squint, and tilt your head to the side, it looks like it works. But let’s be honest here, I will not be walking around London with this on!

PYT

Oh helllllll no! That’s all I am saying about this one!

3-Way

Yes! I love this colour! This is definitely one of my favourites. I love it.

J.I.C

I don’t know who thought this shade would be suitable for any skin tone, talk less of someone with my skin tone! I look like I have rubbed shimmery¬†salt on my lips!

MUGSHOT

Yasssssss! Perfection! It is even perfect for Autumn. Another favorite of mine.

FLITTER

Now this colour is very pretty as a swatch on my arm. It is actually two-toned, so under some lights it looks peach, then it can also look like pale gold. But on my lips, as a lipstick? Nope, it didn’t work for me.

So there you have it guys, I hope you guys found this useful. What colours do you like? Will you be buying these metallic lipsticks?
